It has been far too long, but I recently came back from a month-long trip to Ethiopia where I spent most of my time in Oromia. This meant that I got to spend most of my days practicing afaan Oromoo and getting back into a more conversational style of talking. It also meant that I got to scour some old and new bookstores for the newest and oldest afaan Oromoo books I could find.
In addition, I have finally become settled in my new place and was able to retrieve my afaan Oromoo books from storage. With new additions to my collection and access to older books from my collection, I hope to get back into more frequent posting as I go through all the books I have picked up.
